Inside the United States, standard shipping is $7.90 and free on orders over $50, with delivery in five to eight business days. Orders are picked and packed by our US fulfilment partner, usually within one to two business days, and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

We also ship internationally by FedEx, typically three to five business days once the parcel is collected: from $19.90 to Canada, from $20.90 to Europe and from $26.90 to the rest of the world. International rates are shown at checkout for your exact address. Duties, import taxes and customs charges are not included in that price — they are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first so we can issue a return address and sort out the label. Because supplements are consumable, we cannot resell opened tubs or tins — but if something arrived damaged, was the wrong item, or turned up spoiled, tell us and we will replace it or refund it without asking you to ship it back.

Subscribing takes 20% off every order of that item, for as long as you keep it. You choose a delivery every one or two months, which covers how fast a tub or bottle actually empties. You can skip an upcoming order, change the date, change the cadence or cancel entirely from your account at any time — there is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Skip and cancel take effect immediately as long as the order has not already been sent to the warehouse.

In your account, in a few clicks, without calling anyone: sign in, open Subscriptions, pick the subscription and choose Cancel. That is the whole process — there is no phone step, no retention call, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you would rather not sign in, email info@roburra.com from the address on the order and we will cancel it and confirm in writing.

Cancelling stops every future charge from the next billing cycle. It applies to any order that has not yet gone to the warehouse; one that has already shipped follows our refund policy. The strips are single-serve powder sachets in a refillable metal tin: no water, no scoop, no shaker. They are designed for the days you are not at home. Our strip products are manufactured in India; our creatine and magnesium powders and capsules are manufactured in the USA. Everything is packed and shipped from our partner's US facility. We print the origin because you should not have to guess it.

Every batch we sell carries a certificate of analysis from the manufacturer covering identity and purity, and our fulfilment partner operates FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities. If you want the COA for the batch that arrived at your door, email us the lot number on the tub and we will send it.
