Where we ship
Roburra ships across the United States and to a published list of international destinations — Canada, fifteen countries in Europe including the United Kingdom, and twenty further countries including Australia, New Zealand and much of Asia. If your country is not served, checkout will tell you before you pay. We cannot deliver to freight forwarders.
Fulfilment
Orders are picked, packed and shipped by our US fulfilment partner from its own facility. That partner operates FDA-registered, GMP-compliant warehouses in the United States, and it — not Roburra — is the address that appears on the outbound parcel and the return label we issue. If you need the exact facility address for a return, contact us and we will send the current one, since it depends on which warehouse handled your order.
Rates
US Standard shipping is $7.90, and free on orders over $50. International rates start at $19.90 to Canada, $20.90 to Europe and $26.90 to the rest of the served countries, and rise with parcel weight. The exact rate for your address and basket is always shown at checkout before you pay, and the progress toward the free US threshold is shown in the cart.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are normally processed within one to two business days. US Standard delivery then typically takes five to eight business days. International orders travel by FedEx and typically take three to five business days once collected, plus any time the parcel spends in customs. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day. Peak periods and carrier delays can extend these windows; they are estimates, not guarantees.
Duties, taxes and customs
International orders ship duties unpaid. The rate you pay us covers carriage only: any import duty, VAT, GST or customs handling fee is charged separately by the carrier or the local authority on delivery and is the recipient's responsibility. We cannot estimate those charges for you, and we cannot refund an order that is abandoned or returned because they were not paid.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating.
Problems
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us and we will open a carrier enquiry. For parcels that arrive damaged or spoiled, see our refund policy — we replace or refund without asking you to send the item back.
